Construction procurement runs on PDFs, spreadsheets, and gut feel. When a project goes out to tender, comparing supplier offers line-by-line — different formats, different wording, missing items, hidden assumptions — is slow, error-prone, and where a lot of money quietly leaks.

TrustBuild is a platform that ingests bills of quantities, runs RFQs, and does AI-assisted bid levelling: it reconciles each supplier’s offer back to the project scope, matches line items across documents, and surfaces the real deltas so the comparison is apples-to-apples. The goal is to turn weeks of manual spreadsheet work into a reviewable, auditable workflow.
